At Gio's Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
